Group begins Campaign for Tinubu Ahead of 2027 Polls
Abuja Afrik24 – A political movement operating under the banner of “CG Musa 4 PBAT” has formally declared its unwavering support for the continuity of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The group announced its stance during a press briefing in Abuja, signaling a remarkably early mobilization of political structures designed to lock in and consolidate the current government’s policy directions.
According to the group, the movement represents a rapidly expanding coalition of citizens who firmly believe the administration’s current trajectory is foundational to Nigeria’s long-term stability and economic progress.
Speaking on voter mobilisation and enlightenment, the group aims to build a formidable foundation capable of securing the administration’s policy legacy.
Addressing newsmen, the Director General of the movement, Barr. Babakura Waziri, emphasized on the identity of the group, describing it as a broad-based coalition engineered to transcend Nigeria’s deep regional, ethnic, and political lines.
Waziri explained that the group unites citizens from vastly different backgrounds who are bound by a singular, shared conviction in the President’s transformative leadership style and his overarching vision for national development.
In his remarks, the group’s Publicity Director, Usman Saleh Hassan, invoked the classical political theory of Niccolò Machiavelli to justify his backing.
Hassan referenced the Renaissance philosopher’s famous assertion that the intelligence and capability of a ruler are first measured by observing the caliber of the people he chooses to surround himself with.
He argued that President Tinubu has consistently demonstrated exceptional strategic judgment through his high-level appointments, maintaining that by surrounding himself with highly competent technocrats and leaders, the President has proven his capacity to steer the nation toward a prosperous future.
